INTRODUCTION

Hello, Everybody!

My name is Yanto. I am from Indonesia. In year 2005, I came to Singapore to further my study. I took the O' Level examination as a private candidate and successfully entered Singapore Polytechnic. I chose Marine Engineering because at the very beginning I would like to become a marine engineer and experience sailing life. Be a marine engineer has many benefits, for example the salary is high and it is tax-free, can travel around the world and can work with other people around the world. Although the benefits are good but there is always a risk. In the end, I never go for sailing but decide to work ashore. So, I continue my study in NUS.
Currently, I am pursuing my Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Through this EG1471 module, I hope to learn more in writing skill, reading skill and communication skill.

This is my first post about myself and I will post more on the blog. I hope everyone whoever read my blog can point out my mistakes and give me your valuable comments, so that I can learn from my mistakes.
